SADAREM (Software for Assessment of Disabled for Access Rehabilitation and Empowerment) అనేది దివ్యాంగుల వైకల్యాన్ని శాస్త్రీయంగా అంచనా వేసి Disability Certificate మరియు Disability ID Card జారీ చేయడానికి ప్రభుత్వం రూపొందించిన ప్రత్యేక వ్యవస్థ. ఈ సర్టిఫికేట్ ఆధారంగా దివ్యాంగులు ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలు, పెన్షన్, విద్యా రిజర్వేషన్లు, ఉద్యోగ రిజర్వేషన్లు, ప్రయాణ రాయితీలు వంటి అనేక ప్రయోజనాలను పొందవచ్చు.

ℹ️SADAREM 2026 కొత్త మార్పులు – పూర్తి వివరాలు
📋 ప్రధాన మార్పులు
1. Self Declaration / Doctor Declaration తప్పనిసరి
Slot Booking సమయంలో తప్పనిసరిగా Declaration Form అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి. లేకపోతే Slot Booking చేయడం సాధ్యం కాదు.
2. Zone-wise District Selection
28 జిల్లాలను 4 Zonesగా విభజించారు. ఇకపై మీ Household Zoneకి సంబంధించిన జిల్లాలే కనిపిస్తాయి.
3. Attendance Process మారింది
Camp రోజు ముందుగా Doctor Allocation చేసి తరువాత Attendance నమోదు చేయాలి.
4. Attendance Miss అయితే?
Attendance నమోదు కాకపోతే 60 రోజుల్లోపు మళ్లీ నమోదు చేసే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.
5. Multiple Disability & Multiple Sclerosis
ఈ రెండు Categoriesకి ఇప్పుడు Certificate మరియు ID Card కూడా Generate అవుతుంది.
6. Certificate Download
Rejected casesకైనా ఇప్పుడు Certificate Download Facility అందుబాటులో ఉంది.
Slot Bookingలో గుర్తుంచుకోవాల్సిన విషయాలు
- Declaration Form తప్పనిసరి
- సరైన Mobile Number ఇవ్వాలి
- Original Documents తీసుకెళ్లాలి
- నిర్ణయించిన తేదీన హాజరుకావాలి
- Attendance నమోదు అయ్యిందో లేదో చెక్ చేయాలి
